Who we are
Southeast Flooring Solutions, LLC is a Chapel Hill, TN-based company specializing in flooring for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Since our establishment in March 2010, we have grown into a multi-crew team of 14 skilled employees, installing over 500,000 square feet of new flooring annually.
Led by Michael Bierfreund
Under the guidance of owner Michael Bierfreund, our team works across a wide range of flooring options: epoxy coatings, urethane coatings, polished coatings, stained concrete, sealed concrete, and hand-carved decorative overlays. We also install high-quality residential flooring — hardwood, LVP, and laminate — and refinish previously laid hardwood floors to restore their original appeal.
How we work
Our focus is attention to detail, professionalism, and a cleaner, higher-quality end result. That starts with surface preparation. Every coating system we install begins with mechanical preparation of the slab and an honest assessment of moisture and structural condition. Where a floor needs a moisture vapor barrier, it gets one. Where a slab is moving, we say so rather than coating over the problem.
Where we work
We primarily operate in the southeastern United States, serving clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Florida, with travel service available for projects beyond our regular coverage area. We are licensed and insured.
