Service
Commercial Flooring
Retail, office, and multi-tenant floors that survive public traffic.
Commercial floors have two jobs at once: look intentional to customers and survive thousands of feet, carts, and cleanings.
We install polished concrete, stained concrete, and resinous coating systems in retail, office, showroom, and multi-tenant spaces — phased so you can stay open where that matters.

Common questions
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Retail and office work is routinely scheduled at night and on weekends.
We have old tile and adhesive. Is that a problem?
No — removal and adhesive grinding is part of the prep scope. It does affect timeline, so we quote it explicitly.
What does maintenance look like?
Typically dust mopping and an auto-scrubber with a neutral cleaner. We leave written guidance.
Commercial by city
Local detail for each community we serve — what we typically see on slabs there, and how we schedule the work.
Ready to stop looking at that floor?
Send us the details or call directly. We'll walk the slab, tell you what it needs, and quote it honestly.
